Rearing

The rearing of Cobb 500 and Ross 308 parent stock is carried out in the company’s own farms. In 2025, their capacity reached 2,100,000 birds. 

Thanks to its own rearing farms, the company is capable of ensuring and controlling the quality of future breeders and the bird uniformity.

Breeding

The main goal of the company is the continuous increase in the production and quality of hatching eggs and hatched chicks. The company therefore strives to improve its production processes to meet the latest poultry farming requirements and thus ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 

The fast development of the Company over the years also brought with it the expansion of production farms and an increase in the production of its parent stock to the current 2,000,000 birds.

Due to the constantly increasing demand for hatching eggs, it is expanding or building additional production halls.

Hatcheries

During the company’s existence, the hatcheries have undergone extensive reconstruction and repeated modernisation. At present, all of them are equipped with worldwide well known state-of-the-art incubators from Chickmaster, Petersime and Viscon. 

The production of day-old chicks is performed under strict veterinary supervision. The high-standards, health and quality of the day-old chicks are guaranteed by the use of a specific vaccination programme. 

The current capacity of hatcheries for hatching eggs is 2,5 million pieces per week (of which 2 million are day-old chicks).

Self-sufficiency in both rearing and parent stock management ensures high efficiency and quality in hatching egg production. 

The total annual production of our own hatching eggs has currently reached 250 million pieces.

Fattening

Since 2017, MACH DRŮBEŽ has been expanding its activities to include chicken fattening farms, where it will be possible to monitor the quality of its own one-day-old broiler chicks. In the future, it wants to continue developing this trend.
